- Live Spiders -

Phidippus regius are not native to the UK, please do not release them to the wild.

My spiders are all captive bred and mostly raised by me, I have spent time handling them so that they are more used to human touch.

It is important that you do your research and make sure you have everything needed before purchasing spiders from me, to ensure that the spiders continue to live and thrive in your care. 

By purchasing live animals, customers confirm they have adequate knowledge, equipment, and conditions to provide appropriate care.

 

If any spiders are unfortunately found dead on arrival, you may be eligible for a refund for that spider or a replacement spider as long as you provide to me photographic evidence of the spider within the original packaging within a one hour window of the parcel being received and signed for by you.

If your spider arrives with any issues that develop within 24 hours of you receiving the parcel, please contact me within that 24hr window to discuss the issue(s) and we will take it from there.

 

- Shipping -

I am not responsible if you are not there to receive your order. You will be given plenty of notice before the spider is posted out to you and I will send you the tracking information as soon as I can.

The days I post a live parcel is subject to change depending on the weather conditions; if it is unsafe (too hot or too cold) I will delay posting until weather conditions have improved.

If I notice a spider going into premoult before it is due posting, I will delay the posting day until the spider has safely moulted and eaten well.

I currently only ship to places in England, Scotland and Wales - Due to the risks I will not be shipping live spiders to IoM.

Live orders are sent to you via Royal Mail priority next day delivery by 1pm but this does not mean from the day you placed your order, this is once the order is dispatched.

 

Disclaimer for parcels that contain heat packs:

Heat packs are essential for spiders that are being shipped in cold weather. 

Heat pack contents are non-toxic but may cause irritation if opened. Do not open the heat pack and dispose once it is no longer needed. Keep out of reach of children.
